Boss Moves Sister Circle™

Welcome to JP Unlimited, DBA Boss Moves Sister Circle™! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our membership program, community, and all related services provided by The AI Tech Boss ("we," "us," or "our"). By joining our program or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a membership, accessing our Skool community, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Membership Tiers and Access
GLOW Solo (One-Time Payment)
This tier provides self-guided access to program materials delivered via email. GLOW Solo members do not have access to the Skool community or live group sessions. Access is granted for the duration specified at purchase.
Standard Membership (Monthly Membership)
This tier includes access to our Skool community, monthly workbooks, group accountability, and community features. Founding member pricing is locked in for as long as membership remains active.
VIP Inner Circle (Annual Membership)
This tier includes all Standard membership benefits plus enhanced access, priority support, and exclusive VIP experiences. Founding member pricing is locked in for as long as membership remains active.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
4. Founding Member Pricing
Founding member rates are exclusive to early supporters and will never be offered again at these prices. Your founding member rate remains locked in for as long as your membership remains continuously active. If you cancel and later rejoin, you will be charged the then-current rates.
5. Community Guidelines - Sister Circle Agreements
By joining our community, you agree to abide by our Sister Circle Agreements, which include: showing up authentically and respectfully; maintaining confidentiality of discussions shared within the circle; supporting fellow members without judgment or competition; engaging constructively and avoiding harmful, discriminatory, or offensive content; respecting the intellectual property of the program and other members; and following all posted community rules and guidelines.
Violation of these agreements may result in removal from the community without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within Boss Moves Sister Circle™, including but not limited to the GLOW Framework, Boss Moves Framework, Glow Activation, workbooks, assessments, videos, graphics, and written materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of The AI Tech Boss. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal development only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or share program materials without explicit written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Guarantees
Boss Moves Sister Circle™ is a personal and professional development program. Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and commitment. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, income, business success, or personal transformation. The program provides tools, frameworks, and community support, but your results depend on your implementation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boss Moves Sister Circle, The AI Tech Boss and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your Stripe account or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that period ends. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our community platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
