Thank you for joining Boss Moves Sister Circle™! We want you to feel confident in your investment. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our membership tiers.

1. Overview

Due to the digital nature of our program and immediate access to community resources and materials upon enrollment, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand circumstances vary, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis with fairness and integrity.

2. GLOW Solo (One-Time Purchase)

3-Day Satisfaction Period

If you are not satisfied with the GLOW Solo materials, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed a significant portion of the materials. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

After 3 Days

Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to materials, refunds are not available after the 3-day satisfaction period.

3. Monthly Memberships (Standard & VIP Inner Circle)

First Month

New members may request a refund of their first month's payment within 14 days of enrollment if they have not engaged significantly with community resources. "Significant engagement" includes attending live sessions, posting in the community, downloading workbooks, or accessing exclusive content.

Subsequent Months

Monthly membership fees are non-refundable after the first 14 days. You may cancel your membership at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the following information: your full name and email address associated with your account; the date of purchase; the membership tier purchased; and your reason for requesting a refund.

We will respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of: abuse of the refund policy; violation of our Terms and Conditions or Sister Circle Agreements; evidence that materials have been downloaded, shared, or misused; or repeated purchase and refund patterns.

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Please note that cancelling your membership is different from requesting a refund. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund of past payments. To cancel your membership, you may do so through your Stripe account or by contacting us directly at [email protected].

8. Founding Member Pricing Note

If you cancel your founding member subscription and later wish to rejoin, please be aware that founding member pricing will no longer be available. You will be enrolled at the then-current regular rates.
